Thursday's Wine: August Kessler Riesling Kabinett Trocken 2006

I got the idea for this wine thanks to our good friends over at The DC Ladies. They posted a delicious recipe for Light and Fresh Shrimp Scampi.

This Riesling is light with apple and citrus flavors. Also pairs well with chicken, salmon and believe it or not Asian food!
